Why is Lord Shiva associated with Bhang? Does Lord Shiva & Bhaang/cannabis or marijuana have a connection? Mahashivratri !

Does Lord Shiva consume Bhang/Bhaang or marijuana on Mahashivratri as propagated & believed by many? MahaShivratri, Lord Shiva & Bhaang - swapnilized.blogspot This is propagated by people who want to satiate their cardinal desires of indulging in drugs, by using the support of a defensive argument saying even ‘Lord Shiva accepts Bhang’. It's kind of a subconscious authentication process which we are all aware of. Visualize this- someone whom we idolize like MS Dhoni, starts endorsing a soft drink or energy drink, starts endorsing a specific brand of toothpaste, body spray, deodorant etc. What do we do next? We start drinking that brand of soft drink in summer when we are thirsty, start using that body spray; even though it might be costly and less effective than other available established brands of the same product, than the product endorsed by MS Dhoni. Dhoni may have never used the toothpaste, deo, body spray, soft drink ever. He may not have even tasted the

Why is Rishabh Pant being given so many chances in the Indian cricket team?

What could be the reason that Rishabh Pant is being given so many chances in the Indian cricket team? Why is Rishabh Pant selected in Indian cricket team(ODI & T20). I started following cricket in the early nineties after Sachin Tendulkar made his debut. Sachin used to play exciting cricket and was absolutely like a breath of fresh air. Since the early nineties till today, the fag end of 2019, I have followed Indian cricket. I don't remember anyone being given as many chances in the playing eleven of Indian cricket team as Rishabh Pant has got. The intent is not to ridicule a cricketer or put a question mark on someone's ability and talent.  But having followed Indian cricket religiously, I can't stop myself from feeling sorry for Sanju Samson, the other wicket keeper who was selected in the team apart from Rishabh and did not get a look in. Neither in the previous series nor in the 3 T20's that India has played against the West Indies at home in December

How to get rid of toothache? Toothache at NIT Surat & IIT-Mandi. Natural remedies for toothache & dental problems

We have all experienced it. Excruciating pain in our tooth/teeth. It could be due to any reason for eg. tooth decay, cavity formed in teeth or some other possible complications. I would say one of the luckiest people on this planet would have never experienced tooth ache in their lives. First let me list out all the possible natural remedies that I have tried:- 1) Gargling with luke warm salt water, specially during mild toothache & just after dinner. The water should be at tolerable temperature for the insides of your mouth. In a glass-full of water, mix around 1 table spoon of salt. For best results use natural salt in granular form. If natural salt is not available use processed salt which you use for cooking. 2) Cleaning the teeth & cavities with brush & then munching/chewing tender neem leaves & keeping the saliva/juice in mouth for atleast half an hour. This procedure should be done at least 4-5 times a week just before going to sleep at night, if no

P Chidambaram will go to jail in at least 7-8 cases- Dr. Subramanian Swamy

Trust Dr. Swamy to make shocking revelations. Some, that one  could never imagine. Do the following search -" Subramanian Swamy Twitter " & follow the page which pops up for the latest updates. (@swamy39 is the user id of his verified Twitter profile). Latest revelations, Ayodhya Ram Mandir case, Defence & Finance strategies that India needs to adopt, Friendship with China-getting Kailash Mansarovar opened up for Indian pilgrims, P Chidambaram involvement in INX Media, Aircel Maxis or other cases, calling for the ouster of Raghuram Rajan, Asaram Bapu, Sonia Gandhi's conspiracy to malign Asaram Bapu & Kanchi Shankaracharya... trust Swamy to have credible info & make moves which are later(sometimes after years) found to be correct. Swamy is the most feared individual by the corrupt officials/politicians of India. He has a vision of creating a clean, corruption free, self dependent and self reliant, strong India. Swamy envisaged that if the most power

Payal Rohatgi on Rape case of Asaram Bapu! Latest news & video by Subramanian Swamy explaining the innocence of Asaram Bapu

Earlier published by me on a different platform... Payal Rohatgi on Asaram Bapu - swapnilized.blogspot Imagine you(male) are about to enter an elevator(lift) to reach the 16th floor of a building. You enter on the ground floor & you are the only one in the elevator. The elevator stops at the first floor again. In walks a female. Now elevator has started moving & only you are in the elevator with the female. There is no CCTV in the elevator. The elevator stops at the 12th floor. The female walks out. You walk out on the 16th floor. For you it is the end of story. But what if the female who has walked out of the elevator on the 12th floor goes to the police and claims that she is a minor & you molested her in the elevator from the first floor to the 12th floor? You will be thrown into jail & will never ever see the light of the day. No bail. That’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012, for you. That is how POCSO works. If a girl claims to

Twitter beats Funny Videos. The most Funny, Sarcastic & Memorable content on Secularism till date.

I had floated this article on another platform earlier. Re-posting it here with  more additions! Not many funny videos would be able to counter this. You may perform a Twitter search on Google to corroborate. There was a tweet by Sagarika Ghose, the wife of eminent journalist Rajdeep Sardesai, - a mediocre, biased journalist; in May 2014. After her tweet a really ringing, funny, sarcastic hashtag started trending throughout India. First check Sagarika's tweet. #YoSagarikaSoSecular! This was the trend. If you check the Twitter account of Sagarika Ghose, you will still find it. She had not deleted it till the last time that I had checked. You may perform a Twitter search on the internet as going through all the tweets could be a tedious, cumbersome activity. The responses to Sagarika's tweet revealed the mindset of Sagarika and her likes. Looking at the responses to her tweet in this hashtag, it became clear that now the awareness level of the general public had incre

Greatest Marketing Campaign Plan!

“More than 1600 times the ROI. ” Apart from the intangible benefits. In this era where people prefer digital marketing campaign without trying to understand deeply what is marketing concept or the nature of marketing, the following marketing strategy was an absolute killer! One of the greatest marketing campaign plan that I have come across, which had a really wide reach was the “ Lifebuoy Roti Campaign ”. It was an ideal campaign. It had a proper motive, well defined target segment, planned out expense, expected ROI & results. [... to read about the best work from jobs better than amazon work from home jobs & rat race rebellion , click here ‘Did you wash your hands with Lifebuoy?'  That was the message, in Hindi, stamped on over 2.5 million Rotis(Indian Bread) at the Maha Kumbh Mela in 2013, the largest congregation of human beings on our planet.  Roti is an important and mandatory item of every complete Indian meal. And the only way to eat it is with

Can England team score 500 runs in an ODI? Will England Cricket team be the first team to score 500 runs in an ODI?

England cricket team seem to be the favourites to win the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, which is being held in England. "English cricket team are the clear favourites!" We keep hearing this from a lot of cricket experts and panelists. This is not just based on the current form of the English players, but it’s also because of the fearless approach which is adopted by the top 7 English batsmen, while batting. I always wondered, since the time I started following cricket, that why is it that 300+ scores are not scored more frequently by teams who boast of a strong, formidable batting line up? Why? When we were growing up, we used to play cricket in our colony. If it was raining or very hot outside, we used to play cricket in the common gallery within our building or sometimes even on our terrace. When we were playing cricket, as kids, we used to have these rules that if the cricket ball even touches the bat, the batsman had to take a run. It was a mandate. If the batsman fa

Which Bollywood actresses have had a horribly wrong plastic surgery?

Someone asked me, which is the funniest result of plastic surgery asking Bollywood celebrities.  I said funny is NOT an appropriate word to describe someone’s misfortune. Among the most unfortunate results of plastic Surgeries, I would put Koena Mitra on number one . She was the worst hit. Her flourishing career in Bollywood was totally destroyed as a result of her nose job. Her horror story of surviving a disastrous nose job is described in her own words below. An excerpt of her interview with TOI, “With the giddying attention, came the disastrous decision – to get a nose job. “After the surgery my bones started swelling up. Even the doctors gave up and said that only medicine and prayers will work. “I sat at home initially. But I could not take it any more and started going out with that face of mine. It was a brave decision, especially for someone in the limelight. I didn’t hide anything. But people spoke and wrote the worst kind of about me.” Because of the side effects an

How to learn Data Science? How to become a Data Scientist?

My journey has been full of turbulence, till now. I was into a Field Sales profile earlier. Based on my analysis of upcoming trends and technologies coupled with my business acumen, after carefully assessing for 2 years I decided I will switch to Data Science as D. S was going to have an important part to play in business decisions in the coming decades, I believed. Now the path… I first learnt the theory. I practised it. R programming, Statistics is what took a lot of time for me to absorb. Though I had studied from colleges which are amongst the best in India - B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT SURAT (2011 passout) & MBA in Marketing from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management and Research(2012-2014), I did not have any coding background. It was all about perseverance and not giving up. I joined online course as well. But these money churning institutes can never satiate/quench the thirst of a seeker of knowledge. I was based out of Mumbai, I moved to Gurgaon

How to travel with your pet dog via Indian Railways

There are 2 possibilities of traveling with your pet, when travelling via Indian Railways. IRCTC, the Indian Railways, has not made life any easier for travellers who have to travel with their pets from one city to another. In India, you essentially need to travel in First Class AC, if you want your pet to travel with you( highly recommended ). The other option is your pet will be put in a luggage van, which will be very dark once closed and bolted from outside. This van will probably be at the end of the train. So you will have to run to that last coach to see your pet or feed him with food and water, that too if the a Railways TC on board is friendly and opens the luggage van for you. And you have to manage everything within the short time period that a train stops. If its summer season that you have decided to travel, your pet might get dehydrated and feel more suffocated in that closed dark luggage van. The longer is the duration of the journey, the harder it will get for
